What Is Day Training?

Our Day Training & Enrichment program offers dogs five months and older a six-hour drop-off program for dynamic enrichment and training with our Certified Professional Dog Trainers, using force-free, positive reinforcement methods. The program provides ample time and space for both indoor and outdoor enrichment activities, and follows a rhythmic schedule that fosters intrinsic canine learning in a peaceful, nurturing setting — giving dogs the chance to develop and learn at their natural pace.

Raising a dog takes a village, and you're not alone. Let us give you both the support you need.

How We Track Progress

You will receive daily reports on their training, including what level they are on and the training exercises used to teach them. You will be provided instructional training handouts and video notes of your trainer working with your dog through the day.

Guardians who regularly practice with their dogs at home will see their dog move through these six levels much more quickly than those who do not. People who do not work with their dogs in group classes or private training will find that their dog is able to do skills with us, but do not know how to maintain or execute them in their home environment.

“Meredith is an incredible trainer and we are so grateful for all of her wonderful work with our German shepherd mix. We have the most well behaved dog at home and at the dog park. Best decision we’ve ever made!!” —Madeline & Bosco

Individualized Care

We keep the group size to a maximum of four dogs each day, which means we maintain a ratio of no more than 4:1 (dogs to trainer). Our team focuses heavily on group compatibility and our preference is for dogs to come on the same days each week. This assists the development of cohesive groups and improves the experience for all the dogs in our care.

Stress Monitoring Policy

At our facility, your dog's wellbeing is our top priority. We closely monitor all dogs for signs of stress and overwhelm throughout their day training sessions. Our experienced staff is trained to recognize subtle behavioral cues that indicate when a dog may not be thriving in our environment.

If we observe signs that your dog is experiencing significant stress or difficulty adjusting, we will contact you to arrange an early pickup. This proactive approach ensures your dog's emotional health is protected and prevents negative associations with training.

Our goal is to create positive learning experiences tailored to each dog's individual needs and comfort level. By maintaining this careful balance, we can help your dog develop confidence and skills in a supportive environment that respects their unique personality and boundaries.

This program prioritizes meeting your dog's species specific core needs through enrichment and training. This is a holistic and evidence-based approach intended to help your dog navigate modern living with ease while considering their unique personality and needs.

Nap Time

Providing ample time to rest and decompress after each activity is a very important aspect to holistic and effective canine learning. We ensure all campers get enough quiet time to down-regulate from stimulating activities.

Being able to settle is an incredibly important skill, especially as it’s transferable to other activities and environments, such as working from home or sitting at a cafe or patio.

Walks & Play

For dogs who benefit from it, time may be spent working toward enrichment and training goals outside on a walk.

For dogs who benefit from it, some time may be spent playing with a well-matched classmate.

All dogs get solo training walks to practice their unique goals with one of our Certified Professional Trainers.

Our goal is to mentally challenge and enrich your dog, to promote desirable behavior, and to have fun! Exercise, structured training, and enriching brain games will ensure your dog is satisfied by the end of their stay.

We send our pup here for day training and have taken a couple of group classes. We've learned soooo much and our pup's confidence has skyrocketed. 🙏 So thankful for Noble Woof and all the awesome people that work there.
