Our cancellation policy reflects Oregon employment law, which prohibits last-minute shift changes for employees. Because our trainers are scheduled in advance for each service, a late cancellation without forfeiture of the session means we're still responsible for covering their wages. As a small business, we don't operate with a financial reserve, so this policy helps us stay sustainable while continuing to pay our team fairly.
PRIVATE TRAINING, DAY TRAINING, PUPPY PLAYSCHOOL
Not eligible for refunds
72 hours notice must be provided by the client for services to be eligible for reschedule. If this notice is not provided the session credits are forfeit
All credits must be used within six months or they will be forfeit
Please inform your trainer as soon as possible if you suspect any illness
Noble Woof Dog Training LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services at any time, without notice, though this is unlikely to happen
GROUP CLASSES, PUPPY SOCIALS, SAVVY SOCIALS
Not eligible for refunds
Due to the nature of group classes we do not offer make-up lessons
Everyone is required to attend the first lesson of every series. Failure to attend the first lesson without making prior arrangements means forfeiting your spot in all remaining sessions
Credits for any purchased services must be used within six months of the date of purchase or they expire. This is true for all services. If appointments are not used within six months all appointments will be forfeited.
When appropriate, credits may be transferred to a different service than originally purchased.
DOGS WITH HUMAN DIRECTED FEAR OR REACTIVITY:
If a dog has a history of being fearful, reactive, or aggressive towards new people it is company policy for the Initial 90m Consultation and potentially some follow-up sessions to be held virtually. Read more about why on our FAQ page.
LATE FEE FOR DAY TRAINING & PUPPY PLAYSCHOOL
A $25 fee will be charged for drop-offs/pick-ups 15 minutes late. There will be an additional $20 late charge billed in 10 minute increments after the first 15 minutes.
Please let us know if you will be late so we can prepare accordingly. Call or text 971.347.9383
MILEAGE FEE FOR PRIVATE TRAINING
A fee of $1/minute will apply for anything beyond a 25 minute commute range from the trainer's residence.
For more on this topic, please see our FAQ page.
SPAY NEUTER REQUIREMENTS
Dogs do not need to be spayed or neutered for group classes, private training, playschool or day training services, but must follow the guidelines listed below:
Group classes
In season females attending group class need to wear a diaper.
Day Training:
Females in season might be allowed to attend day training on a case by case basis with direct approval from our leadership team and your trainer.
Their ability to attend is dependent on their temperament, and the temperament of any intact males that we may have in the program at that time.
They may attend only if they can be completely isolated in a separate, enclosed room with a physical barrier and closed door, and only if they show no signs of stress during such separation.
If you think your female may be entering heat but are unsure, please contact your veterinarian for support in understanding how to identify a female in heat. Please also notify your trainer.
